Business listings on TakeawaysNearMe.ie are sourced from publicly available data via the Google Places API. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, service types, aggregate ratings, and review counts. All such data is publicly available through Google Maps and Google Search. We display this data in compliance with the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.
We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details are current or correct. Business information is updated periodically, not in real time. If you identify inaccurate information, please contact us at hello@takeawaysnearme.ie or claim your listing to make updates directly.

AI-generated content is based on publicly available information and is intended as a general summary only. It may contain inaccuracies. Business owners who have claimed their listing may request corrections to AI-generated descriptions by contacting us.
Business owners or their duly authorised representatives may claim their listing to gain control over certain aspects of their business profile on TakeawaysNearMe.ie. By submitting a listing claim, you confirm that:

Following removal, your business will not appear on TakeawaysNearMe.ie and will not be re-imported in any future data crawl. We retain only your Google Place ID (a non-personal technical identifier) as part of our exclusion record. All other listing data is deleted within 30 days of removal.
The exercise of any right under the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018 (including the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR) is always free of charge. If you are a sole trader and believe that our listing contains your personal data, you may exercise your GDPR rights separately by contacting us at hello@takeawaysnearme.ie. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If a business that has voluntarily opted out of TakeawaysNearMe.ie subsequently requests to be re-listed as a commercial directory service, a re-listing administration fee of €500 applies. This fee covers the administrative cost of re-verification, data restoration, and quality assurance and is entirely separate from, and does not affect, the free exercise of any GDPR data subject rights. To request re-listing, contact us at hello@takeawaysnearme.ie.

These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish or EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) where applicable.
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TakeawaysNearMe.ie, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any false or fraudulent business claim submitted by you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, where we determine that you have violated these Terms or that continued access would be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Where suspension or termination is imposed without prior notice, we will endeavour to explain our reasons as soon as reasonably practicable.
On termination for any reason, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable Irish and EU consumer protection law, including the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on our website or by emailing registered users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and, if you have an account, delete it.
